Structureflex Pacific's focus has been the design and production of shade sails / Shade structures having pioneered many of todays manufacturing techniques, shapes and styles.

Today, the company specializes in the more technically demanding projects and applications with a focus on high quality shade cloth and tensile membrane solutions for both commercial and residential applications.

  • MPanel Patterning software creates perfect D shapes without over stressing. Without this software, others brute force the fabric to form the 3D shape causing over stress.
  • All sails are computer cut for accuracy.
  • Choice of fabrics - default XHD mono/mono construction.
  • Choice of shade sail / shade structure seam location - default - center.
  • Choice of edge finishing - cable or webbing
  • Choice of corner finishing.

Structureflex fabricates sails using all leading fabrics available and selected or specified by commercal/technical clients. If no fabric is specified then we recommend the use of the following commercial fabrics which we hold in stock for faster turnaraound:

Steel-work brackets and poles
All steel is galvanized to give it lasting protection from the elements. In addition to galvainizing there is an option to have the steel powdercoated. This process gives the steel an attractive finish enabling steelwork match existing structures or outdoor furnature.
